“Conveniently located, beautiful room but hotel under construction”
Convenient location adjacent to the mall at Short Pump. The hotel was under construction while we were there, which was obvious and one of the elevators was out of service. However, our room was newly renovated (King suite) and was much nicer than I would have expected, particularly for the cost.… more

“Great hotel”
Great hotel and it is in a perfect spot-right next to the mall. Everything was in walking distance. Great customer service and the breakfast was also good.

“Pretty Good stay but the construction is a mess.”
This is a really good outfit, generally. However, as they are remodeling several floors and using one of the two elevators entirely for construction support, the impact was significant to getting up and down to/from one's room.
