“Going above and beyond”
Wonderful hotel. Good restaurant. I left my wallet at the bar after dinner. Later an employee, Tae, tracked me down and brought it to my room. I hadn’t even missed it.

“Lovable”
I love the atmosphere and the front desk, especially Gigi, who is helping us and making our stay so lovable. We got all what we need in walking distance

“Excellent”
Excellent customer service, friendly breakfast staff and room was spotless, air conditioning worked great, room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

“No longer a Hilton and it’s obvious why”
Deflagged Hilton. It’s obvious why. Restaurant is closed, hasn’t had a renovation in at least 15 years. Frankly should be torn down. All the rooms smell vaguely like smoke(meaning carpets not steamed regularly or the carpets are just that old). Not even worthy of a doubletree or Garden Inn. Yuck.
