“Marcus is an exceptional employee!”
My five star reviews is for Marcus and his exceptional customer service. Hotel was overbooked and he maintained calm professionalism dealing with upset patrons. He never lost his amazing smile and personality! Location is great BUT CLEANLINESS is lacking. Suites are lacking basic amenities. No coff… more

Manager Marissa and her whole staff was amazing. I do wanna say the room was very clean and neat. Keep the good work room attendants your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and you all are the heart to the hotel. Everything was amazing, My stay was amazing.♥️
