“Nice hotel with many restaurants & shopping. Very close to William & Mary campus.”
I cannot say one bad thing about this place. Close to a lot of shopping and very close to Colonial Williamsburg. The perfect hotel if you wanna stay close to Colonial Williamsburg.

“Okay, overall”
I have always found this a clean place, and the pool is nice in the summer. The wifi/internet is adequate, often a bit slow. Coffee and juice machines in the lobby are it for breakfast; they completely quit trying on that front by 2022 (not that it was much even before Covid).

“Bare-bones, but so is the price”
Cheap, no-frills hotel. The wifi seemed a bit slower and more awkward to use on this stay. There is a McDonald's and a Hardee's close by for breakfast, and a Food Lion further up the road if you want to stock your room fridge with breakfast staples. It's a bit worn but clean.

“No coffee at all”
The room was fine if a bit worn in places. No breakfast since COVID, but I expected that and was willing to trade lower room price for breakfast out. Rooms no longer have coffee machines, and the one in the lobby was broken, though the juice machine still worked.
