Clean and modern hotel rooms. All rooms are on the ground floor. Lobby has a small convenience store for snacks and incidentals. Breakfast was basic - cereal, bagels, muffins, apples, oatmeal, coffee and juice, hard boiled eggs and yogurt with toppings. Our room was pretty and close to an exit making it easy to take our dogs out to do their business. Bed very soft and comfortable. Had frig and microwave. Only improvement is to change the heavy room and bathroom doors that slam shut very loud. Would definitely stay here again.

I stopped here during my drive from New Jersey to Orlando and couldn’t have picked a better place. I always take I-81 instead of I-95 — it’s about 90 miles longer, but the ride through the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah Valley is absolutely worth it. This Spark by Hilton sits on a hill overlooking those mountains, and the view alone makes it worth the stop. I booked and checked in through the Hilton Honors app, which made everything quick and easy. I just stopped by the front desk to grab my Diamond member water bottles and snack before heading to my room. For a value property, this hotel really impressed me — everything looked brand new. From the lobby to the hallways, the furniture, paint, and even the outlets all had that “freshly opened” feel. One thing that truly stood out — and a first for me at any Hilton property — was parking spaces reserved just for Diamond members. It’s not about the distance, it’s the thoughtful gesture. That small detail really set this property apart and made me feel genuinely appreciated. My two-queen room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a desk, refrigerator, and even a microwave — something you rarely see at a value hotel anymore. The bathroom was clean, bright, and modern. I left before breakfast, but the area looked well-stocked with grab-and-go options like oatmeal, fruit, and bananas. I stick with the Hilton brand because they consistently deliver a higher-quality experience than other chains, especially when it comes to cleanliness — and this property is a perfect example. Overall, a fantastic overnight stop: quiet, modern, and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I make this trip south.

Family overnight on the way to vacation. Super friendly staff- Ashley is the best. Our room was very clean and we watched the housekeeping staff cleaning other areas too. They do work hard. Very quiet. All guests were quiet and kind. No issues. The hotel itself is surprisingly a Hilton because it’s a little run down and breakfast options weren’t the best. But for the price and how nice everyone was and a clean room, pretty good. 👍🏻
