“A great spot to stay during the World Cup”

We stayed here for two nights to attend a World Cup game. We paid partially with points because hotels prices are so high during this period, but it was one of the few decent properties we looked at that was not non-refundable (thank you!). I am really glad we chose it. We walked to everything and it was great. The room was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the attached cafe was a good place to get breakfast. I would not hesitate to come back!

We had two rooms for the night before our cruise, and our arrival was very smooth with very helpful staff to greet us and check us in. To our surprise, one of our rooms was already ready, which allowed us to store all of our luggage in one room and head out to explore the city. The staff was very helpful at check-in, providing tips and maps that made getting around easier. One of our favorite features was the outdoor terrace on the 7th floor. It was such a relaxing place to sit, and one side offered a nice view of the Space Needle. We really enjoyed spending time outside there during the beautiful 70-degree weather. The rooms were exactly what we were looking for — clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax before our cruise. The beds were comfortable for everyone in our group, and we appreciated that the bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned between guests. We also appreciated the high-quality bath amenities—the shampoo, conditioner, and soap all felt very nice on the skin. We stayed on the 8th floor, above the trees, and had a nice peek-a-boo view of the water. The location was perfect for a stay without a car. We easily walked to Pike Place Market, the waterfront aquarium area, and the Space Needle. There are also many good restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring very convenient. The only downside was something we noticed about downtown Seattle since our last visit many years ago. Unfortunately, there were quite a few areas where we had to watch our step due to human waste on the sidewalks. Instead of simply looking around and enjoying the city, we often found ourselves looking down to avoid stepping in something unpleasant. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, comfort, and helpful staff.

“Great bathroom, friendly staff”

Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms are a great standard with high level shower and bathroom with plentiful amenities. Only downside was the air conditioning, which starts with a BANG even in the middle of the night.

Room: air conditioning incredibly loud. Water pressure in shower incredibly low. Restaurant: service pretty poor, had to keep repeating basic requests such as cutlery, drinks, pineapple clearly been cut with same knife as onions. Cheese & meat platter terrible, very little (and dried out) cheese.… more
