“Excellent”
I frequent this hotel for business. Decor is homey and nice. Staff is absolutely exceptional. Alex, Marilyn, and Samantha are always so welcoming. They often check in to make sure my stay is going well. Very friendly and going above and beyond to assure I’m comfortable. Rooms are very clean as well.

“Another Great Stay at the Hampton Inn in Williamsville, NY”
We had another great stay at the Hampton Inn in Williamsville, located right in the center of a great, quaint little town. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A shout out to Andy at the front desk who does her best to make guests feel welcome and wdo also offers great guidance.
