The kiosk attendant Roy was very personable and sweet and very helpful! I had to renew my key and he was very professional and efficient

“We were desperate!”
Check-in and check-out is by virtual clerk. Kind of annoying. When we got to the room there was an unmade full bed and the heating/cooling unit didn’t work.
