“Added to My Favorites”
This HGI hotel is super nice. The rooms were clean and fresh. Lobby / breakfast area was spacious and airy. The hotel associates were very friendly and greeted us warmly. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night to attend an event at Brighton Acres (about 8 minutes away). Check-in was quick and easy. We could have checked in by phone, but did not do it ahead of time. “Plugged toilet not rectified.”
When we checked into the room the toilet was plugged. They cleared it, we thought. Went out on the bikes and came back and used the toilet that still was plugged. We told management but nobody came to our rescue. They seemed to be indifferent and said they were busy with maintenance. We used the po… more
