“Great time with family at Chula”
Went to a convention at the Chula Vista for the weekend. I invited family to stay in our condo room. The room was super spacious with a hot tub. We had a GREAT time. “Overall good stay”
We were not informed ahead of time that the indoor waterpark would be closed for maintenance for our Thursday night and Friday morning, which was very disappointing and plans had to be changed. “probably wouldn't go if it wasn't required for conference”
Came for a conference so it was planned out. Food was good. Room was fine. But if you know that we're staying for 3 days, why don't you provide towels and coffee for 3 days so we don't have to ask. Ice machine on floors 5 and 6 didn't work. Had to go to first floor.
