What a great place to stay! Don’t be scared that it’s an older hotel, it has great charm, and the rooms are very quiet. Shout out to Kristie and Shanna for looking after us, what great service! The atmosphere is great, don’t stay at a soul-less BIG BOX BORING hotel

Absolutely loved this charming historic hotel. You have plenty of chain options in Cody Wyoming, but I definitely think staying at the Chamberlin Inn will make your visit to Cody all the more memorable. You step back in time the moment you walk into the “lobby” that is more of a front parlor than front desk. Our room, 204, was nicely decorated, immaculately clean and offered an incredibly comfortable king bed with super nice linens. The bathroom, had a claw footed tub with shower curtains all around for either bath or shower use. The bedrooms are not overly large but there were several rooms in the hotel that were perfect for gathering with friends for drinks or finding a quiet place to read; library, upstairs solarium, downstairs bar and breakfast room, backyard solarium and front parlor. The backyard is large with plenty of tables and chairs under lovely large trees. The Inn offers free live music in the backyard a few nights a week (at least in the summer) The Chamberlin is perfectly located just off main street and easily walkable to shops, bars, restaurants and the public park which offers summertime concerts. We extended our stay by one night and unfortunately our King room was unavailable for another night. The front desk manager was super accommodating and showed us two options, one a queen bedroom and the other a queen suite. We opted for the suite (a little more money but it was a nice treat) The suite had a separate bedroom, private larger bathroom with a claw footed tub and another room, which had a small couch and wet bar area, including a microwave and under counter refrigerator with an actual freezer. This room would be a great option if you were traveling with larger luggage or just like private rooms to spread out.

Hotel is well located in downtown Cody. On arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Some room for improvement is needed. Our guest room could do with an upgrade. Hotel is well located in downtown Cody. On arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Some room for improvement is needed. Our guest room could do with an upgrade. The bar service was poor. Opening hours until 10pm, however the bar staff would not serve us a beer and glass of wine at 9:50pm, as he called last orders at 9:30. Disappointed, as we only stayed 1 night. The garden was in need of some attention, and the breakfast was average.
