“5 days at Old Faithful Inn”
When checking in was not advised that there was bellmen to help with luggage, Had to ask that the room be cleaned. When cleaned they did not mop the bathroom floor or vacuumed.

“Hard to control temperature so be prepared”
Despite it being cold outside, we couldn’t get airflow into the room to temper the baseboard heating that you can’t control.
