“Cold showers”
The hotel is clean and the staff is great. The biggest problem I had was that they don’t have adequate boilers for hot water. On a good day it was warm. This is an okay but definitely not great Residence Inn. The location is very good for stays in Westchester, especially the river towns, but it is not well maintained.
