“One of the best places to stay”
The hotel offered nice triple room, which was exactly what we needed. It did not suffer from the installation problems like many other Uzbek hotels, both toilet and shower were modern, roomy and functioned as expected. “Has potential, needs to invest a little effort.”
The Leader is a brand new hotel, and some of its provisions are promising- a good location near the university and some good restaurants, and a great breakfast buffet.
