“Beautiful location”
Great place to stay in the old city. Very close to all major attractions. Lovely hotel with stunning views from the rooftop. Very helpful staff. Great sized rooms with nice bathrooms. Extensive breakfast buffet served in a courtyard. Handy water stations to refill bottles.

“Magical 3 nights in Khiva1”
We had a wonderful 3 night stay here in November 2025. The staff were welcoming, kind, and spoke excellent English. We liked this hotel because of it's location, on a short walking distance from restaurants and most of the touristical attractions inside the inner city, where you can easily feel yourself back in the ancient times. “Renovated hotel in the old walled city”
The recently renovated hotel with about 40 rooms. Front desk staff speaks acceptable English. The restaurant only serves breakfast. You can find restaurants ten minutes walk outside the West gate at a reasonable price.
