“Disappointed stay”
Stayed 2 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a makeover. Got to our room and the carpet was filthy. Cigarette burns, food stains and completely worn out. “Good location but not a 4 stars hotel”
The hotel has a great location in the city center and close to places but the hotel is rundown. The carpet in the hallways was so dirty and old. The bath tub was very moldy. Hotel is in good location and easy to find. Good parking garage. Very nice staff and many of the staff speaks English. We had big room in 14th floor. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Pillow was hard like an rock. People smoke all over the hotel. Our "non smoking" room get smell when people smoke… more
