“Great stay and facilities”
The hotel is very decent and because it’s low season the trip was very calm and enjoyable. Recommend to take the hop on hop off bus. The seafood here is great too. Looking forward to come back Halong Bay again for a relaxing staycation. Thank you all the staff for making the stay so comfortable

“Good experience”
The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Room is clean and spacious. The hotel has a lot of facilities, even club and casino but unfortunately, we went just after the typhoon so a lot of it were closed. There were also very few tourists at this time so we received 5 star service.

“Nice stay!”
Great service, rooms were extremely spacious with incredible bedroom, floor to ceiling views of the bay. Bathroom was good and a very spacious shower and wet room.
