“Great hotel and staff.”
How people can complain about this hotel is beyond me. The staff are welcoming, respectful and efficient. The food is very good and the rooms are great. Free upgrade to 20th floor with a bay view exceeded all expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it’s wonderful.

“Brilliant hotel”
Amazing hotel, very nice and spacious rooms; we had balcony and an amazing view over the bay; The food very diverse and tasty, plenty to choose from. The staff is very helpful and attentive, always willing to help out. We will stay again if coming back.

“Hotel nice, better customer service needed though”
Was here for one night on a work trip. Therefore the location was not so important to us, however the view from the hotel and rooms of the bay were very beautiful. “We came here already, came back and will come back again.”
Excellent located. Staff is very friendly. The outside pool area is large on 2 levels but a bit „steril“ (maybe due to less guests while we have been there mid of August). Price is on upper level. View is great next to the bridge which is a sensation by night.
