“Good hotel”
we are so appreciate wit Mr.minh (hoang?) he’s very helpful staff for our inconvenience. This hotel good breakfast with something roll and soup also good . This hotel a little bit traffic jam in the evening.

“A real gem!”
This has to be the most welcoming and service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in. “Experience at Manoir Des Arts”
Staff at the hotel was very welcoming and helpfull throughout our stay. Van Anh helped us arrange transportation to Ha Long Bay in a quick and efficient way. Overall rooms and facilities matched the description online and we enjoyed our stayed at the hotel.

“Manoir is great”
Toan and Hoang greeted us with smiles. They’re incredibly insightful and can help you with virtually anything. Room is a bit older but with great character.
