We had an amazing stay here! The rooms were nice and comfortable and amenities were good. Hazel provided us with an AMAZING support throughout our stay, even helping us with things that had nothing to do with the hotel. “A luxury must when in Haiphong”
5 stars experience! A special thanks to Hazel for taking so well care of us during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the amenities. I also had a body massage and Thuy did a great job! The hotel has a great location and great amenities like a big and well equipped gym. We’ll definitely return.

“Amazing stay in a great area of Haiphong.”
Due to a flight cancellation, we needed to spend an extra day in Haiphong. Hazel, Gracie and Michelle from the hotel staff gave us the warmest welcome and made our stay most wonderful.
