“Supper”
We stayed Hanoi charming house 2times in over 3 years ,its even better now,the room super clean staff help full,they always smile with any help for us.we can recommend for every one stay here I you come to hanoi

The staff is nice although only two of them speak intermediate english. Breakfast is very good. No elevator.
