“Excellent hotel”
Very friendly staff and excellent hotel. Located in the Old Quarter with good breakfast and highly recommended.Nice rooms and a safe box for safety with options for complimentary breakfast.Overall a nice hotel.

Very clean and comfortable.. excellent location.. staff are extremely friendly and helpful... would definitely return to chic hotel Hanoi.. a special shout out to Sophia... She's fantastic and will go out of her way to make you feel very welcome and her local knowledge was extremely valuable..
