“Great experience”
Fabulous hotel in Hanoi center. Rooms were spacious and clean. Amazing host by Tung Do, he was so helpful to us. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced. It'd be more quite if you stay in higher floor.

“Melia Hanoi - fabulous hotel!”
Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff especially the Chief Concierge Nguyen Trong Tuan and the Spanish guest relations officer. They were both amazingly friendly, helpful and really knew their city! The two of them in particular made my first week in Vietnam incredible and memorable!
