“Great place to stay in the heart of Hanoi”
Great experience and we had a wonderful stay. The staff is next level friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable and take care of you. Hieu in the wait staff, Huy in concierge and Thien at the front desk went out of their way each time we needed them to help us with something.
