“Great location and helpful staff”
We loved our experience at the Melia hotel. The staff was so helpful and kind. Hieu was a hospitable hostess and we loved getting to know her. She offered great recommendations for restaurants and places to go. The location was perfect, it was central and quiet.

Just a brilliant place to stay. Comfortable, clean, everything is quality. “Simply the best!”
We received wonderful service at the Melia Hanoi and the staff were extremely helpful. Our housingkeeping staff (Chau) was attentive to our every need in our long stay. Tu, Thua, Phuong, My and Ahn and the entire staff at the LEVEL really were exceptional & treat us all like VIPs!
