“Nice stay”
The swimming pool is very nice and clean, the gymnastic is quite nice too. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

“Pullman Hanoi With Five Star Service”
This hotel has excellent customer service. All staff members are always courteous and attentive. We'll definitely come back next time we are in Hà Nội.
