“This place is amazing”
My wife and I had a meal tonight. She had the Duck and absolutely loved it. I had the chicken in white wine sauce, fantastic. The highlight was talking to Maya, our server, she was a beautiful person. So surprised that there wasn't many people there.

“Great Hotel right in the old quarter”
Rex Hotel Hanoi was a very nice Hotel in a fantastic Location right in the old quarter and overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake restaurant and roof top bar where you’d have a lovely breeze were nice and all members of Staff were so friendly and always smiling

“Great location”
Hotel is in perfect location right in the old town and close to the lake. Shout out to Rose and Phoebe at the front desk who were both very friendly, helpful and professional.

Location is great and the best feature of this hotel. It was clean. We had some plumbing issues but the staff were quick to help fix. Staff are helping to help if you have any concerns. “Good value in the Old Quarter”
Stayed here with a small group tour. Was concerned about street noise as there was an impromptu musical performance going on the street.
