“Good place to stay”
Ruby was immediately helpful when we walked through the door. She welcomed us took her time to show us the rooms before checking in. During our stay she followed up and guided us when we needed it. Lee was so so helpful with everything that I needed. She is a pool of knowledge 🫶🏼 Highly recommend this place if you want to experience the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. I don’t want to leave!!!
