“Fantastic place to stay in Hanoi”
We were booked overnight in this hotel after an error in a train booking. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, our room having a balcony spa bath. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Hotel is also called the Splendid Secret Hotel. I highly recommend it!! “A good location”
This hotel is a good standard and it is in a great location. We only stayed 1 night so didn't get to spend much time there. Thanks to Jessica in the restaurant for her help in getting an early morning breakfast tray to my elderly mother (the lift does not go up to the breakfast room or pool).
