One of the best parts of traveling is not only discovering a country’s scenery, culture, and history, but also meeting the people. In my experience, the trips I remember most are the ones where I had meaningful interactions with local people. My stay at Melia Vinpearl Resort was exactly that kind of experience. The resort itself is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the beach is right in front of the property, and both the breakfast and happy hour were enjoyable. It was a very relaxing place to stay. What truly made the experience special, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always greeted guests with genuine smiles. Cam, Tien, Alice, and Trinh were especially kind and consistently checked to make sure everything was comfortable. Among them, Cam became someone I will especially remember. Every time we met, she kindly asked if I was comfortable and whether I was eating well. Her care and sincerity made me feel welcomed, not just as a guest, but almost like a friend. This is a place I will remember for a long time, and I would be happy to return someday. Highly recommended. 기억에 남는 여행지와 사람들. 친근하게 다가와 세심히살피던 직원들. 오랫동안 기억할 것입니다.

I came here to celebrate my sister's and niece's birthday and Melia was a perect choice. I would love to thank especially to Haze (f/o Level Manager) and Cam (staff of the Level Lounge) for their warm kindness. The food was delicous, the cleanliness state of the accommodation was superb and their thoughtful service was impressive. Haze and Cam wanted to assist us as much as possible although it was the busiest holiday season for them. I would definitely come back to this place again in the near future with my family again.

A great stay to miss the January blues back home. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was great value for money at all inclusive and the food available was impressive and the quality was excellent. Even being non inclusive and eating prime at the à la carte looked great value. The hotel certainly has all we needed as a couple but we were specifically looking to wind down not up for our stay. The staff at all the restaurants were amazingly friendly and attentive. We took the opportunity most night to have pre dinner drinks at the Elyxr bar and Ngoc Hau and her team were great fun experimenting with their cocktail mixology creating great new drinks for the fun of it and making us feel welcome. A lovely experience all round, not a dull moment. The spa was also great value which both the wife and I took benefit from, something that we probably wouldn’t be able to do in the same way back home The villas were amazing, much bigger than we expected or needed and they were well stocked and well maintained. Certainly look to return again.
