We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Danang Resort & Spa for five nights in early April. It was the first time my partner and I had ever visited Da Nang, and our stay at this beautiful property exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place to stay. The warm welcome from the doormen and reception staff, along with the refreshing welcome drink and ice-cold hand towels, immediately made us feel relaxed and cared for. Our Bay View room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bathroom facilities and air conditioning were easy to use, and we especially enjoyed in-room dining on the balcony while taking in the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast buffet at Table 88 was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. There was an incredible variety of food every morning — from fresh tropical fruits, fruit juices, and classic breakfast dishes to delicious Vietnamese specialties such as pho and banh mi. Everything we tried was excellent, and we often found ourselves eating far more than we planned because it was simply too good to resist. The Vietnamese coffee selection was also outstanding. What impressed us even more was that the menu changed daily, so breakfast never became repetitive during our five-night stay. Most importantly, the warm hospitality from the restaurant receptionists, servers, and chefs truly made our mornings special. They greeted us so kindly every day and always made us feel genuinely welcome. The infinity pool was the largest we had ever seen. Thanks to the resort’s spacious layout, the entire area felt luxurious and relaxing, even with many guests enjoying the facilities at the same time. There were plenty of poolside cabanas and deck chairs available, and whenever we visited the pool, we had no trouble finding a comfortable place to relax. The lifeguards were also consistently friendly and attentive. Right in front of the pool is a private beach exclusively for hotel guests. Both the seawater and the sand were surprisingly clean, and because the beach was never overcrowded, we were able to fully relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Our favorite place throughout the stay was undoubtedly La Plage. Located right by the beach, it offers postcard-perfect views and refreshing sea breezes both during the day and at night. The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic, but what made the experience truly unforgettable was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Sitting on the balcony with a cold beer in the tropical heat is a memory we will cherish forever. Da Nang is a truly charming destination, and we are certain that we will return one day. And when we do, we already know that we will stay at the Sheraton Grand Danang Resort & Spa again without hesitation. “Great resort between Denang and Hoi An”

We had a great stay at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort & Convention Center. The location is ideal, kind of right in the middle between Da Nang and Hoi An, which made it really convenient for exploring both. The pool was one of the highlights of the trip. It’s absolutely massive and actually big enough to do activities like kayaking and paddleboarding, which we ended up doing and really enjoyed. There are also some fun swings over the water that add to the whole experience (ideal for instagrammers). We spent a full day just relaxing there. Service at the pool was excellent (drinks and food from the pool bar came out quickly, and we were even able to order from the main restaurant for more variety, which was brought out to us without any issues). The rooms were beautiful. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and it was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options. One thing to keep in mind is that on weekends, if you don’t go early, you may be seated at the secondary restaurant. It still has most of the same options, just slightly less quantity. The omelette station can take a bit longer during busy times, but the staff overall were friendly and attentive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again

The location of the hotel is right on a beach. It has one of the largest swimming pools I have come across anywhere. Rooms are in hotel building along the swimming pool with 50% of rooms with pool view. Hotel offered complimentary activities like kayaking in the pool. Breakfast is served in main building, and the restaurant was very busy in morning with waiting time for egg omelet of over 30 minutes, Hotel knew about number of guests staying but kept only one person to prepare egg/omelet. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and co-operative. Bu at Bell desk was very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
