Relatively new Hotel with good location. Spick and span Hotel with spacious rooms and good toilets. It also had sea facing rooms in upper floors. Breakfast facility was very badly managed with little understanding of English and hygiene was a problem - long human hair was noticed in the soup bowel which was pointed out. Room service needs to be introduced for the benefit of the customers.

We have been to Soho in 2019 and really liked the hotel and that was the reason for us to search for it and booked again. We were very happy that the hotel survived the pandemic. The staffs and services are excellent, however, the hotel didn't have the vibes as before, probably from cut down of personnels. We want to write this review very honest with constructive points. Room are spacious with ocean view, room cleaning service everyday with new clean towels, replacement new 2 free bottles of water which is a huge plus, but it seemed that maintenance of the hotel overall is not up to what it was before, it was a little rundown and dated, that is why we took off one star Same things with the breakfast, we used to have good buffet breakfast, but now it was limited a la carte. The bar at the rooftop pool was not open with no maintenance made us feel very sad for the hotel. Location is great, there are a lot of restaurants in the same street. To walk to the beach, just go right then right again for a few steps and we are at the beach front. We will continue to support Soho Boutique hotel whenever we are back to Da Nang and hopeful it will come back to the splendor it was before.

Hotel in a place away from the noise. Korean food outlets are nearby. Vegetarians will have to find food of their choice in different locality. Maintenance required in the room. Hotel in a place away from the noise. Korean food outlets are nearby. Vegetarians will have to find food of their choice in different locality. Maintenance required in the room. Water kettle lid was broken, there were only 2 electric points, one of them near the bed which had loose connection. After I brought this to notice of reception, the kettle's lid was repaired. Breakfast simple. Room ok with space for luggage. Reception should learn to greet when guest check in and check out.

I stayed in this hotel this month Pros : 1. Staff was very courteous and nice. 2. Rooms were huge including the beds. 3. Staff provided umbrellas without time limits when it was raining. 4. Lobby area of the hotel is very good Cons 1. Location though is close to the beach ( on an off road inside), the actual area seems slightly deserted. 2. The linen in room looked quite old. 3. The fittings were also old. The electric switches had to be hit hard to make them work. In fact the room key never worked and we had to each time go again back to the reception to get it activated. 4. The room had a huge window but it was covered by the hotel signage, so there was no view from the room. 5. Breakfast had limited options.
