This hotel was nice but it could have been fabulous. It has just 22 villas set in tropical vegetation with its own private , clean , sandy beach with no stray dogs or hawkers. The villa they gave us was enormous, with two double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fitted kitchen and a private pool. It was spotlessly clean, if a little sparsely decorated, with typically Vietnamese dark wood furniture, which I quite like against the plain walls and blonde wooden flooring. The kitchen had a fridge/freezer, microwave and 4 ring hob, with fitted cupboard and drawers. This was a bit odd as there was not one utensil or piece of crockery, every cupboard and drawer was completely empty. There were signs saying no cooking allowed. I wasn't planning on cooking a roast dinner but I would have like to make a cup of coffee or peel some fruit but there was nothing in the kitchen at all. The pool was nice but there was no table or chairs, just a concrete bare plinth to sit on. The area that really does need a bit of attention is the restaurant. We were on half board, and with Vietnam having amazing food, the half board menu was a little tedious with burgers/pizza and chips as well as e few local dishes which were always cold. They only sell tiny bottles of water here as well, so if you are coming here try to get a couple of big bottles before you get there is nothing outside the hotel to get any within walking distance. We had a lovely relaxing 3 days here but I honestly feel that if they just spent a little bit of money on a few detail this place could be fantastic.

The location is outstanding – a beautiful and peaceful place for anyone looking to relax away from the busy city. Our villa was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view and a private pool. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, the beach is beautiful, and the entire resort truly feels like a tropical paradise. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and overall we had a truly wonderful holiday. Unfortunately, our stay did not start well. Although our reservation clearly stated that it was for 2 adults and 1 child, with the price calculated for 3 guests, we were informed at check-in that breakfast and dinner were included for the adults only and that we would have to pay extra for meals for our 3-year-old child. This created unnecessary stress at the very beginning of our holiday. After several discussions and email exchanges with the hotel management, the issue was eventually resolved, and breakfast and dinner were also provided for our child at no additional charge. We appreciate that the hotel corrected the situation, but it is disappointing that a holiday has to begin with such confusion. Another disappointment concerned a special birthday surprise I had arranged for my daughter. I had pre-booked a floating breakfast to celebrate her birthday, but during check-in, the receptionist, Vivian, asked me to pay for it in front of my daughter, completely ruining the surprise. To the hotel's credit, they later tried to make up for this. They waived the charge for the floating breakfast and, on my daughter's birthday morning, surprised her with a beautiful birthday cake and a large balloon. It was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Nevertheless, situations like this should be handled much more professionally and discreetly by the staff. Finally, we were disappointed with the condition of the tiles in our private pool. Several tiles were damaged and had sharp edges. On the very first day, our 3-year-old child cut her foot on one of the broken tiles, causing a small bleeding wound and leaving her in tears. The maintenance team came several times to replace some of the damaged tiles, but the problem was never fully resolved. Our child continued to scratch her feet on the remaining sharp edges during our stay. A safety issue like this around a private pool is not acceptable and should be addressed immediately. Despite these issues, this is a truly beautiful resort, and we would gladly return in the future. I sincerely hope the management will improve communication with guests and address the safety issues, because otherwise this resort genuinely deserves the highest rating.
