The hotel is in the middle of a really caotic street but if you have a room with a window in the back the noise is not a real problem. First time visit to HCMC and stayed for 5 nights. Room was on the 5th floor at the rear of the building, still some noise at night but for me no problem, if your a light sleeper not so good.
