An exceptional stay at Eden Star Saigon – highly recommended. Due to the situation in the Middle East, my stay in Ho Chi Minh City was unexpectedly extended, and I ended up staying at this hotel for an entire month. This was my first solo trip. What could have been a stressful experience turned into something truly comfortable and memorable, thanks to the outstanding team at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a consistently high level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed, supported, and at ease throughout my extended stay. I had the opportunity to stay in several different rooms, all of which were well-appointed, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I would especially recommend rooms on the higher floors, which offer a quieter and more calm and relaxing atmosphere away from the street noise. The location is excellent — conveniently close to everything, yet pleasantly set back from the busiest and most hectic streets, allowing for a more peaceful and enjoyable stay. The rooftop pool area is a true highlight, offering a wonderful space to unwind while enjoying beautiful views over the city. The hotel is also a popular venue for events such as conferences and weddings. Despite this, they managed to keep noise levels within reasonable limits. On the few occasions when the pool area was closed for private events, the hotel thoughtfully arranged access to a nearby hotel’s pool. A very special thank you to the room attendants, Ms. Linh and An, for their exceptional attention to detail. My room was always spotless, beautifully maintained, and consistently stocked with refreshments. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Kabi and Te, who were always present at the entrance with a warm welcome, ready to assist with a smile at any time. It is the people who truly make the difference, and the entire team played a significant role in turning my extended stay into a genuinely pleasant and memorable experience. I would not hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend Eden Star Saigon to anyone visiting this vibrant city.

“Good location, clean but a bit noisy.”

Stayed for 5 nights here and overall it was a good, comfortable stay. Stayed for 5 nights here and overall it was a good, comfortable stay. The pros are: great location with walking distance to the main tourist attractions, Remnants Museum, Saigon Cental Post Office, Ben Thanh Markets etc. Beds were comfortable, housekeeping was good with cleaned rooms and staff all very good. A bonus of a couple of free beers a day on top of the usual water. Breakfast was ok, poor from coffee options with just brewed hot coffee available and only fresh milk or soy, no oat milk, it gets busy at the peak time and the area is small for the size of the hotel. The downside, whilst the rooms are fine they are poor with the noises from the other rooms, running water from shower in the bathroom above (seemingly constant!) and in the corridor/hallway as the walls aren’t insulated. The biggest downside for me was the gym, small and only had a few dumbbells with a maximum of 12.5kg, when there were 2 people in the gym it was cramped.

“Good Experience”

The hotel is beautiful. Convenient location. The rooms are clean. It’s value for the money as it comes with breakfast and afternoon tea. Noise level is ok. Service is good. The rooms attendant, Ms Ling, kept the room very clean. The mini bar is also free. I recommend this hotel
