Booked this place as it was only 300m from our dentist ($AU1600 for implant and $AU500 for crowns). Booked this place as it was only 300m from our dentist ($AU1600 for implant and $AU500 for crowns). Paid less than $AU30p/n per couple including breakfast (eggs on toast or beef noodle or chicken with rice including tea or coffee) and there is no complaints from us! Clean rooms with hot shower, TV (some English channels), cold aircon, cold fridge, tea/coffee and safe. Owners don’t speak much english but use a great translation app, so no problems there.. Walking distance to everything (on their hectic roads, but just don’t look when crossing, walk at the same pace and the bikes will go around you!) although LeBlanc will happily order taxis if required! We will be back (in about 6 months to get our teeth on our implants) 👍

“Great little hotel!”

Great little hotel in a hem in District 3! The rooms are comfy - big bed, decent bathroom, good aircon. The staff are helpful. The area is very local, with markets and street food and beer places, yet still close enough to walk into District 1 if you're wanting to do touristy stuff.

“Wonderful budget family run hotel”

We are retired fit canadians and have stayed here every time we have passed through HCM in the past 10 years and will continue to do so in all our future trips to Vietnam. We are retired fit canadians and have stayed here every time we have passed through HCM in the past 10 years and will continue to do so in all our future trips to Vietnam. Exploring HCM is best done by foot and Le Blanc Saigon is well placed to visit all the sites of the city. Around 20 min. away from district 1 by foot you are off the beaten track so surrounded by locals and not fellow tourists. You will see local shops and restaurants, corner stores and markets surrounded by the wonderfully normal chaotic day and night life in this safe vietnamese neighbourhood. It has ALL we need to enjoy our stay in HCM is very affordable and very good value for the asking price: clean room, comfortable bed, light blocking curtains, safe in room, fridge, kettle, good water pressure (hot and cold), good wifi, filtered water at reception, emergency # if needed, 24 hr staff on premises, front locking hotel door, lovely homecooked vietnamese breakfast (or eggs and bread if requested) AND a wonderfully helpful English speaking manager during normal office hours to help sort out any requests, plan the next leg of your journey and to help make your stay as wonderful as possible! Stayed 3 nights at this simple no frills hotel in a non touristy area on border of district 1 and 3. Located down an alley off a busy road there are 2 buildings. Stayed 3 nights at this simple no frills hotel in a non touristy area on border of district 1 and 3. Located down an alley off a busy road there are 2 buildings. I had the standard 'scandinavian' room. Spacious by local standard with lots of natural light from large windows. Fridge , hot water kettle, good AC and comfortable bed. Fairly quiet Bathroom could have been cleaner but was ok. Old lady at reception spoke no english. No breakfast available but lots of good food options locally including an excellent vegetarian restaurant.
