“Central old school hospitality.”
I’m REALLY surprised to see this hotel have such a low ranking. I had a really great time staying here. “Johnny is great!”
Johnny was an amazing host!! He provided very good recommendations about the best places to eat and go. Great service always with a smile and going the extra mile. The hotel is in a very central location and it is easy to navigate on foot! The traffic is crazy so walking is quicker.

“Waiting on refund”
Decent location, piano bar closed the whole 3 days we were there, rooms and public spaces very dated, nice staff, HOWEVER!, We paid a deposit on arrival for potential breakages etc which is OK but we are now 17 days on and they have still not paid up, they have not responded to our numerous e-mail… more

“In need of upgrades”
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast most mornings was of good quality, however the bathrooms within our room was of very poor condition and needing urgent upgrades. The overall look and feel of the property needs to be refurbished and updated.
