We loved staying at Piano Hotel. The staff was super kind and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean, and the location very convenient and on a quiet, cozy street. There aren't a ton of amenities, but there is everything you need. I particularly appreciated that even though we only stayed one night, they allowed us to keep our bags there while we went to Mekong Delta. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

“I would go back!”

Nice hotel, well located with good restaurants near by. Their service is incredible, they helped us with transport, airlines tickets and orientation. It was our first stay in Vietnam and it put the bar high for the next ones. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Excellent stay here. Location very much in the center of everything that is “downtown.” On a quiet side street. There is a small bar that is only open a few hours in the evening, hosting no more than 10 patrons at a time. Some got a little boisterous while we rested but were on their way home by midnight. The host/owner is a very sweet woman and helpful in every way. Housekeeping did an excellent job with a big smile every morning. Laundry service was provided for a small fee and completed in 24 hours. Breakfast was simple but adequate and prepared quickly as we arrived. Room was very large and there was plenty of hot water in shower. I highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel is small but well located, just off a very busy street. That makes it noticeably quieter than nearby options. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The linens were soft and felt high quality. The bathroom was simple but perfectly adequate. My room was at the back of the building, so street noise was minimal. I could hear the plumbing from the room above, which was the only real noise issue. Breakfast was better than expected. It was made to order with two Western options and two Vietnamese options. Everything I tried was fresh and well prepared. The receptionist was extremely friendly and kind, which made a real difference to the stay. Overall, this is a solid choice for value, comfort, and location. I would recommend it and would stay here again.
