“Close to ben tanh market”

Hotel strictly ask to check in at 14:00, I am pleasing the receptionist to allow me for early check in @12:00, however he insist we must pay extra if we want to check in before 14:00. I even told him that i will check out very early on the last day @04:00 am, but still it doesn't move him at all.… more

On second day we left the room at 07:00 to explore the city, WE put MAKE UP SIGN on our door expecting to have the room cleaned and restocked. When we came back at 14:00, it had not been cleaned yet. They inform that HK will finish their shift at 15:00 hence they offer to clean the room right away which we decline due to we want to get some rest after exhausting our self around the city. Finally we only ask for water and skip the cleaning for the day. They can not give clean answer on TAXI booking from hotel to airport. We ask them to book a taxi for us due to our departure time was early at 04:00. They said yes but we ended up book the taxi ourselves. They mention taxi fee could be around 250 to 300 K, however in reality only 120 K. At the end we left having too much VND on our wallet home. Other than that the hotel is strategically located near ben tanh market. Owner was helfull providing sewing kit for my wife when she need it (not part of room amenity) All employee very informative about what to eat and where to eat it..
