Thank you to the entire hotel team for making my stay feeling safe. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Every staff member I met was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Hotel is comfortable. Clean and 30 second walk to the market..

I had a wonderful time at Winsuites Hotel with my wife. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were having a first night on Sky bar but the cocktails not too good. And we went to a restaurant to have a breakfast everyday, the buffet is not too excellent but the staff are very lovely and energy, especially Diem and a young man named Tri, Diem is not too good at English but she very lovely, and Tri is very kind and professional, he spoke with us a lot of thing about city and recommended a really great places for us, which we really appreciated about that. Good hotel in a great location. We stayed 2 nights in HCMC and chose this hotel for its location. Check in was really easy and done within minutes. We stayed in a corner suite room, originally booked a premier but upgraded on arrival as the offer was good. There is nothing I could fault in the room - was a great stay offering everything we needed. The in room steamer was a pleasant addition. We enjoyed the Sky Lounge and Pool area for some afternoon drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions during my trip. My first stay was for five nights, and after being away for a week, I returned and stayed for another two nights. In total, I spent seven nights at the hotel, which gave me a good overall impression of the property. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is right in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that access to the hotel can be a little challenging, as there are around ten steps leading up to the main entrance. This may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The room was spacious and in very good condition. The bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, modern, and equipped with a large shower. The only part of the room that felt outdated was the wardrobe,. which could benefit from renovation. and it is small. Breakfast was the weakest part of my stay. The selection was quite limited, and if you arrived after 9:00 a.m., there was often very little food remaining. This is an area where the hotel should make improvements. The reception service was mixed. The male reception staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. One of the female receptionists was also excellent. However, my check-out experience was disappointing. The day before departure, I was told that I could have a late check-out until 1:30 p.m. or even 2:00 p.m. The next day, at around 1:00 p.m., a receptionist called my room and told me I had to leave within five minutes or be charged for an additional night. When I explained what I had been told the previous day, she refused to honor the arrangement. I found this inconsistency unprofessional and unnecessary. The hotel also has a small rooftop swimming pool and bar. Although the pool itself is not large, it is very small .. the rooftop area is a pleasant place to relax. The views are excellent, and from the upper level you can enjoy panoramic views of much of the city. Having a drink at the rooftop bar while taking in the scenery was one of the highlights of my stay. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel, mainly because of its outstanding location, comfortable rooms, and generally good service. With improvements to the breakfast and more consistent communication among reception staff, the overall guest experience would be much better. I would rate the hotel between 3 and 4 stars.
