The staff is so friendly and helpful. Uol, the restaurant manager explained well all the menu. Ngoc Hanh beach hotel is at southern side of Vietnam situated in a good location just opposite the beach. The eight floor hotel is clean comfortable and morning breakfasthad a wide spread of dishes and there are many restaurants around Vung Tau.

Unbelievable noisy families, kids screaming in the corridors. When we complained at the front desk, they offered to move us to a higher floor, which is not really dealing with the issue, I feel.
