“URBAN HOTEL'S SERVICES”
Overall, the customer care service has improved. I loved the way i was treated by the guards, receptionists and other staff. I felt at home and welcomed. I look forward to staying at Urban again.

“The Urban Hotel; Impressive service.”
The staffs are very keen and engaged. The location near the mall and the CBD is very good. The reception area, restaurant and rooms are very clean. The rooms could be more homely and better. The public access road needs urgent repair.

“My stay at Urban Hotel Ndola”
Good property, just the rooms need an upgrade and the bar music need to be softened. Tey have buffet style breakfast which always attracts me to the hotel, with a wider choice.

“Good”
Doors of all the bathrooms I have used over the past 4 moths that I have visited have broken. Water in the bathroom does not drain well and collects into a pool white taking a shower. Twice housekeeping has forgotten to replenish toiletries.
