We had a lovely week here. The staff are very friendly and the the food was very good. We had a 1st floor apartment across the road from the reception. The room was clean and tidy but in need of a lot of Tlc. It’s a 10 min stroll to the beach and 25 min stroll into Paphos main strip. Im assuming because we were early in the season the daily activities were not up to speed but it did not affect our holiday. The evening entertainment was ok. It is a 3 star so don’t expect more. My only observation is that Leptos Hotels need to spend some money here to make sure this gem of a hotel doesn’t disappear.

Overall the stay was really good, very much enjoyed the holiday, quiet area, very very friendly and helpful staff. There were things that were really good, particularly the staff and things that were horrible. The good: We loved the appearance of the old Greek homes that the apartment had, with better upkeep it would have been perfect. The staff are amazing, always ready to assist super friendly people, we were greeted with a welcome drink, The front desk was very helpful with assisting us. The breakfast inclusive is worth it, if you're on the fence about this, do the breakfast inclusive room, only wish there was more local dishes but still a 5/5 for me Large pool near the restaurant with an additional indoor pool and a small play area for smaller children. There's an activity most nights, from movie night to live music there's always something happening that you can be a part of The negative: House-keeping was horrible, most days all they did was empty the bins, floor was dusty, bathroom floor a lil wet ( as there was no mat) and they only emptied the bins. We had a serious problem with ants, which again says a lot about house keeping. The building is quite old and there's obviously little to no work done on upkeep. Bedding and towels were rarely changed even when they obviously needed a change, especially the towels( we stayed 1 week and towels were replaced 1X) they took our soiled towels and left us clean ones in the chair downstairs.
