I have arrived on mothers day. Really happy with the atmosphere especially the entertainment team for the children on mother’s day. Good choice of food . Special thanks to guest relations team. Good choice of shops nice beach on issos. Really beautiful views

And leave them to pick them back up when ever before it closes, the entertainment team for kids club are well organised and keep them busy doing different crafts etc while they’re there. - weve been Egypt recently and wouldn’t leave our little one there as we thought wasn’t great or safe. But we had full trust in these guys - kids can’t just waddle off as the clubs all gated off right round it. A little bit out the way from everything. But would suggest maybe trying some restaurants around the area and visiting Corfu old town. Pros: Plenty of entertainment for children, and mini disco on an evening from 8:30 til 9 Breakfast has decent lay out for pancakes for kids and egg station for fried eggs, beans, bacon etc. Has a dispensers of Pepsi , wine , beer lemonade and other bits you can help your self to. Safe in room. Food on dinner and tea has loads to choose from. But some nights we just went out and ate else where as all inclusive can be repetitive. Ice cream area in the main restaurant for pudding. Dinner and tea time. ( when this is closed there’s a place near the two pools where you need to pay for it) - lot of moaners I’ve seen complaining about this. - that case just get the free ice cream dinner and tea time. Salad is amazing. Cons: Language barrier sometimes issue at reception. Depending on who you talk to We’ve had to ask numerous times for clean towels for the room - but they don’t change daily. Policy rules says guest relations. Beach towels you get a card for x amount of towells. But only able to change every 2 days also. Cleaning of rooms isn’t the best with housekeeping - worse place I’ve stayed. Aircon on gym doesn’t work. If you like training. Literally no dumbbells apart from 2 4kg db and a machine chest press. Leg extension and hamstring curl. Cardio for running. And cross trainer what doesn’t work. Closest decent gym is about 30 mins drive. Laundry service is very pricey. So bring plenty extra clothes attached pictures. Clean rooms upon arrival (sheets not changed on the daily, just made up beds. - and also if sheets are too thin - so was pretty cold. Which we found they were you can request covers at reception which they’ll bring to your room) Cleaning for the rooms is terrible. Maybe it was just our block but the sink area wasn’t great for a good 8 of our 10 days being there. Wasn’t cleaned. Bed sheets weren’t changed - they say it’s every 3 days for bed sheets to be changed as it’s policy. . But this wasn’t what we got. So summer time expect to be potentially sweating in bed and not have your sheets changed and made up only. We had to literally go and tell guest relations to change our beds and clean bathroom where we found they felt insulted we had to come tell them so slight arrogance from them - they did what we wanted but half jobbed the bathroom, tiled floors were also not mopped. Just a brush over. Standard of cleaning was the worse part of holiday especially when paying thousands of pounds for a 4,5 star resort. Just be aware of this if you stay. Key card always not working. They blamed us for putting card next to metals and phone. Which wasn’t the case so back and forth 4 times to sort cards to get into a room. - not ideal if you ain’t able to walk a far distance Meat quality very poor. Overall decent spot for keeping kids happy. Defiantly better out there to spend your money on. If it wasn’t for the entertainment team this would have been rated 1 star from us. Defaults not a 4 star hotel that’s for sure. Will not return.
