What a lovely resort, I’ve just read a review saying no snacks throughout the day this is not the case, around the top pool is a great selection of snacks, pizza, burgers, chips, kebabs and ice cream and there is cocktails on the all inclusive just limited to sex on the beach or blue lagoon. Food is exactly what you expect from an all inclusive with variety for all. The allergens aren’t labelled but the chefs are happy enough to tell you what is in everything if you ask. Pools were cold when we got here but as the weather got hotter the pools started to warm up and once you are in there not cold we couldn’t keep our 2 year old out of it. There is a small kids pool on the top level next to a big pool and it is perfect for children that can’t swim or aren’t confident. The entertainment team are lovely and the mixture at night is perfect a small kids disco then into entertainment for all. All the staff are lovely and so good with kids. The hill is a bit of a killer but there is a free bus 3 times a day down to the beach and back up or taxis are cheap enough if you don’t want to wait for the bus. We go home tomorrow and really don’t want to leave. We going to be booking to come back same time next year and are going to try and get another week here in October.

This resort is really nice, just a couple downsides, adults only pool is gorgeous, staff amazing, food is great lots of choices, room was great nice and cleaned regularly, Downsides were no water in fridges if wanted you had to buy a bottle from shop and refill at restaurants, bring your own towels as its 15 euros deposit, no spirits in adult only area, only local spirits in bars, 2 cocktails available free the rest you have to pay for Absolutely beautiful location a bit far out but the bus they provide is ok but doesn't go a night, Had a lovely holiday

For this review I would have to break it down into sections. The staff were brilliant apart from one incident with the young brunette girl on reception who I would describe out of her depth , lacking customer skills and no observation skills at all. A big shout out though to Marina in the restaurant, always found time for the kids whilst clearing the tables. The site was Ok but missing a big plate glass from the restaurant which enable the bad wind to hurtle through. The site was up and down and hilly and many steps, but that was ok. The size of the entertainment area was tiny and we struggled to find a seat most nights, giving up sometimes just going to our room. Which brings me to my SUPREME room and where average would have been higher. I noticed looking through the reviews that Jackie B from October 2023 stayed in the same room for only 28 hours before they had to leave leaving a 1 star review. It appears we are more tolerant and things mentioned in her review were still relevant last week. The toilet is dodgy, you have to smack the big button to get the cistern behind to fill up. The shower head in knackered, lime scaled up to hell. We had to use the smaller hand held one (which turned out bizarrely really good), this prevented the whole bathroom from flooding. Staying in the bathroom and even the corridor outside the stench of the drains was sometimes dreadful. Now imagine a tv from the 80s with a coat hanger at the back with a really snowy picture and you will get what we had. 80% of the channels in German. Watched snooker world final on Eurosport until at 17-14 in frames then picture just gave up. Really annoying. Now the positives , the pool area was good, bed comfy and it was clean. The cleaners outside the room seemed to be having their own daily shouting match going on in the corridors. The location of the place was unfortunates just over a mile from the lively Faliraki. We really needed that place closer as the entertainment was dreadful, the worse DJ ever who just loved his own voice continuously talking over songs. There is free travel into faliraki 3 times a day with the last take and pickup around 5ish. In my opinion if you are an all inclusive hotel, people would drink less if there was a later drop off into Faliraki. Common sense really. Also just a note , and this is not the hotels fault, it is insect central. I for one liked the food on offer but was really head scratching when they offered English Sunday lunch night and the only night out of 7 where sprouts were not available was that night. They obviously have no idea what a Sunday lunch is or looks like. Like I said the food, drink and variety for me got a very high mark. We never return to hotels as we always looking somewhere new, but if I did frequent the same place I would remove this place from my list.
