The best hotel in Greece hands down! I had the pleasure of having Vasia, she was wonderful and extremely friendly. She made me feel comfortable and she was really kind. The hotel was lovely, it was exactly as the pictures shown in there website, the pool and services in general were great and I would recommend everyone go. I plan on going back to Greece on a business trip soon, and will be staying here again. Generally really impressed by the excellent customer service, quality of facilities and how kind the employees are, especially Vasia. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel and the people are very warm and hospitable. The Resort is in close proximity to the medieval town if you like a short 20 - 30 min walk. The F and B team within whom I interacted the most under the leadership of Manolis were amazing with stellar service going over and beyond, and they work very hard. I had many dietary requirements and the team accommodated my needs to the smallest detail, which was awesome. Nothing is too much for them if they can arrange it for you. The resort has a variety of restaurant outlets, but I was mainly in the main restaurant. The beach is across the road where you can witness some of the most stunning and breath taking views and sunsets. And you can certainly have an nice walk along the beach or lay on the free sunbeds tanning your self. There are many tourist shops / taverns nearby too. As far as the rooms are concerned, thats where they fall a little short as the rooms are run down (thus my 4star rating) - well atleast mine was with noise coming from the room above mine (annoying), but I am aware that in Nov24 they will close for 18 months to rebuild a completely new hotel, so that issue should be resolved. The only other thing to note which may not be an issue for many is that they have live music entertainment from 9pm to 11pm. So if you prefer a quieter time like me, you may want ask for a quieter room if available. I was a lastminute booking over the peak Greek Easter period so my room was near the live music area. As an all inclusive resort, I can imagine entertainment needs to be there so its not a bad thing and nothing to do with the owners, it's only a personal preference for me to have a quieter place. Overall I would say its an excellent choice, not too far from the old town and a fantabulous and hospitable team. I was told the new hotel will also accommodate half board options which would be great as 3 meals a day were a bit too much for me....but thats me. “It was ok.”

Went as a family of 6 with Tui. The photos of the hotel are accurate. The staff being fabulous is very true, all of them. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has good amenities. The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Beds rock hard, our bath had more patches than enamel, over bath shower... more

Went as a family of 6 with Tui. The photos of the hotel are accurate. The staff being fabulous is very true, all of them. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has good amenities. The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Beds rock hard, our bath had more patches than enamel, over bath shower head ( mixer). Nowhere to put anything and a hose hairdryer that burns your hand. 4 of us had double rooms with balcony. Don’t book those. The balcony was planks of wood that felt unsafe, overlooking “ Pigeon Towers”- see photo, the worn out tennis court below and just basic mess. My Aunt had upgraded to a sea view which took a good 5 minutes to walk to and only got sun before 9am. Two rooms had dressing gowns etc, one didn’t. It’s all a bit hit and miss. It seems the best rooms are overlooking the garden, they are in sun, out the sea breeze and look well maintained. Food, although well cooked, was the same every day, except the last day when more “ Greek” food was served. It’s a hotel with a lot of guests, it has to cater for all, but I felt a bit cheated and could have been anywhere. Spa was good. Evening groups were worth seeing. I would go back to Rhodes, but not necessarily at this hotel- but that’s no reflection on any of the staff who are a credit to the Mitsis chain
