We had a great stay at rodos park hotel. The pool area was beautiful and very clean and well maintained all the staff are very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and also very clean.breakfast had plenty to choose from food in the evening was exceptionally good . Location was great literally less then 5 min walk to the old town and 10 mins to harbour. Special mention to the lovely sisters at breakfast who welcome you every morning and also a special mention to Manolis behind the bar inventing his cocktails. Super friendly and always happy to give reccomendations for places to eat and visit. We had a great time, thank you.

“Very beautiful place to stay with great staff”

Perfect place, perfect ambiance and perfect staff. We stayed here, like last year for 10 Days. Starting the day with a nice breakfast in the garden at the pool is a gift. Our first time in Rhodes could not have been better. This beautiful, elegant, luxurious hotel ticks all the boxes. It’s close to the buzz of Rodos but equally far enough to retain the serenity and calm that we love when we are on holiday. The hotel itself is wonderful - fit for a President some might say! The food is superb! The breakfast was immense - no matter your tastes, there is something for everyone. And, above all, what makes this a place that we will definitely return to is the staff. There are many exemplary hotels in the world, of course, but there are few that can have a staff like the Rodos Park. They are sublime! Professional, genuinely kind and a warmth of personality puts the a cut above the rest. There are simply too many to name check them all but suffice it to say, from the concierge team, reception staff, spa staff, pool lifeguard and housekeeping staff, they were all just delightful. However, I do want to mention Ferah, Evangelos and Manilos…from the food and beveridge team. You made our trip stand out. Your kindness is unsurpassed and we really did feel like we had found new friends. Thank you all for making us feel special. Until the next time, Rodos Park.

We chose here for our base during our first family trip to the island (8-13th April 2024). Our experience started with the pre-booked taxi that collected us from the airport, the taxi driver was very friendly and chatty. Once at the hotel we were warmly greeted by the host who gave us welcome drinks of Prosecco and reception staff, we were shown to our rooms on the 3rd floor 311 and 307. They had very good lighting and were spacious but the best part for me was the view from our balcony onto the archeological site. After finishing the welcome drink I had a cup of tea then got ready for bed. The following morning after getting dressed I had a cup of tea before joining mum and dad to go down for breakfast which had a wide variety of choices from antipasto, fruit and yogurt, cooked breakfast and cakes and puddings. Also we sat on the veranda looking onto the pool and were offered tea and coffee. The food was really good. After grabbing some things from our rooms we walked down to the walled city. It was lovely and quite atmospheric then we stopped in the park for drinks before dropping some things back at the hotel. We returned to the walled city and stopped for supper at lovely place called Mama Sofiá after their charismatic host started a friendly conversation with us and we had lovely meal and the waiters were all very friendly also it had a great atmosphere too. We walked back to the hotel where we had drinks in their room before I returned to mine. The following morning after breakfast we caught the bus to Faliraki which was about half a hour ride we had a walk along the beach front and along the harbour/marina and found a church at the end we had lunch at cafe on the beachfront then we caught the bus back to the walled city and we stopped in the park for drinks before we returned to the hotel to change for supper and we went to the restaurant in the park across from the hotel called Estrella world street food where dad had chicken wings, mum had a chicken club sandwich and I had Korean street food and it was all very good but unfortunately the portions were to big for us. We returned to the hotel where again we had drinks in their room. The following morning after breakfast we had a walk in the walled city and browsed shops before returning to Mama Sofiá for lunch (the host remembered us from the previous visit) we shared chicken gyros and pizza) one of waiters tried being cheeky with us this time(tempting us to stay longer by offering free dessert or oruzo) but we had a time limit as I had a video call to take so we went back to the hotel and I used dad’s iPad for my video call which went fine. We changed into swimming gear and sat by the pool. Mum and dad went in and it was deemed to be too deep for me. We changed for supper we went to the walled city and went to a restaurant called Sarris tavern and we sat in garden, dad had spare ribs, mum had gyros and I had mushroom risotto and it was really good and we were entertained by the local cats. We returned to the hotel. The following day after breakfast we caught the bus to Lindos which took about a hour and a half and climbed right to the top of the acropolis(entry fee 12€) it was a tough climb with uneven surfaces and stairs but totally worth it for the views from the top. Once back down we browsed some shops before having lunch on a rooftop bar called Lindos restaurant which looked on too the hill we had just came down, we shared pita bread, jumbo shrimp with orzo pasta and dad had a chicken dish it was very good then on route back towards the buses we got ice cream and ate them before catching the bus (tickets for it had to be bought from the ticket office)back to the walled city. We returned to the hotel where we relaxed before changing to go for supper we went to a place called Socrates garden for supper the drinks were good but not so the food although the setting was lovely. We stopped at Estrella in the park and ordered desserts, mum chose chocolate and fruit pancakes and I chose red velvet pancakes they were very good but the portions were too big for us we returned to the hotel. The following day was our last day on the island after breakfast we finished packing before we checked out of the hotel and they stored our cases and we walked in the walled city and I bought a few things and returned to Mama Sofiá for supper then we returned to the the hotel and had a cup of tea then had a seat in the park then walked around the park before returning to the hotel to collect our cases and get changed into our travelling gear. Our taxi had a arrived early and it was discovered that it was the same friendly and chatty driver who had taken us to the hotel. Once at the airport we cleared security and passport control then had some food before boarding the plane back to Edinburgh. We all really enjoyed our stay here and it truly is a perfect location and everyone was really friendly from the reception, breakfast, housekeeping teams also George the pool guy, the man in suit(we guessed that he was maybe the manager or owner) who said morning to everyone usually at breakfast and the host who took our cases too and from the taxi. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island. If we are lucky enough to visit the island again we would definitely return.
