“Friendly , well kept experience”

As a couple we travelled off season when the beaches were empty and the tourist season hadn't started. It was a lovely peaceful experience. It was a lovely peaceful experience. Our top floor apartment had panoramic views to the sea and its own private roof terrace. It was basic but nothing to criticise . The housekeepers did a great job and although the building is dated it was clean. A very big thank you to front desk manageress Carla, she was an absolute pleasure and could not be more accommodating and nice . Location is perfect, we walked for miles along the beautiful coast . The marina is a 15 minute walk , very spoilt for choice with many restaurants. Local mini marts offer all groceries which are not at all overpriced. Very nice week, we would return.

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.
