The rooms were basic, but spotless. House keeping team very attentive. We were a bed & breakfast deal, breakfast buffet was outstanding and slightly different everyday. We had the buffet lunch on our last day, which was great value for money, a fantastic choice. Pool was freezing,but didn't stop us going in everyday. Spa facility was great, novel spa experience amazing massage. Great location to shops and beach and so many different, excellent restaurants. Plenty walking opportunities. Unable to do any beach/sea days, due to high tide and huge waves, but bonny to look at. Timed being there for Halloween which brought a real buzz to the town.

We went to Lloret De Mar for a short 4 day break, this hotel was picked and chosen for us and it was a great choice. The location was great 5 minute walk from beach, shops, bars/restaurants. We went to Lloret De Mar for a short 4 day break, this hotel was picked and chosen for us and it was a great choice. The location was great 5 minute walk from beach, shops, bars/restaurants. We went all inclusive and the drink/food choices were good, tasty and there was always plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly/helpful. The hotel was lovely, very clean and we had a spacious room and bathroom, a mini fridge which you could store drinks. A nice small, personal balcony where you could enjoy the evening sun.

Had a Fantastic First time here with my Fiancé it was lovely we went all inclusive for 7 nights,The food and drink is excellent there’s so much choice it’s changed daily so there’s always something new to try and the staff throughout the Hotel are very nice always polite and offering anything that you need our room was nice and cleaned everyday and the choice of pools and outdoor sunbed areas made our stay very enjoyable we are going to book again in the next few days for April 24. Myself and partner have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel. we were dropped off by the coach at the top of the street about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The initial start to the holiday was unfortunately as I can only describe it as unorganised and disappointing (there was a larger group of around 7 people and another couple along side us). The ladies at check in stated that we had to all go sit down and check in separately, however other people then arrived after us and they were seen before us and checked in. It took a total of around 45 - 1 hours - we also had to send proof that we had booked there by sending a copy of the jet2 hotel voucher. Fortunately, our room was ready, but other guests had to wait for their rooms. Other than the checking in process everything else was fab! The hotel room was newly renovated - two large beds pushed together and a spare single bed. There was a chair, desk, wardrobe with ample of storage, a safe and a TV. The bathroom was also newly renovated - toilet, shower, sink & hair dryer (although, if you have thick hair then definitely take your own). There was a large mirror in the bathroom, although a full length mirror in the bedroom would be nice and a kettle / coffee making facilities in the room! We were room 110 - awful view outside the balcony window, but we didn’t pay for a pool view. It was also quite loud at night at some points, plus the walls are very very thin and you can hear everything! The rest of the hotel was lovely - it was too cold to go into the pool and not many sun loungers which was fine for our stay, but I imagine in summer it gets very busy! The drinks are well priced at the bar. Pool table in the bar area is €2. We also were B&B and the breakfast was really nice too! Location wise - good, but also easy to get lost. Restaurants & shops only 5 min walk (hilly to walk back up to the hotel) and the beach was only 6/7 min walk too :-) Fave part of the holiday? Definitely the spa at the hotel. 1 hour for €18 and definitely go first thing as this was the most quietest time. I would stay here again if visiting Costa brava!
