“Basic but perfectly acceptable.”

The apartment is in a residential block of which it appears that 4 apartments are bookable for holidays through the agents (Fincas Palmyrs). Two are on the ground floor (which I wouldn't have liked, and 2 on the 4th floor). We had apartment 403 which had a large balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. Bear in mind that keys can only be collected from the agents between 16.30 and 19.30 hours - so that is a big restriction if you have a late flight. Obviously there is no pool or grounds to sit in - but then the beaches are only a few minutes away..

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
