The hotel has a very nice layout, plenty of pools, sunbeds, our room was very spacious, cleaned every day, more than happy with food, the bar manager was always happy and helpful, and the gentleman who served the eggs in the morning also very happy and cheerful, also a couple of female bar staff always very good, but I did find the drinks terrible, I could not get an answer as to why all sprits were only 20 vol alcohol, if its hotel policy Tui should make hoilday makers aware, they were truly awful, the entertainment was good if it were an act that was not the resident entertainment team, the resident entertainment team were very good with the children, but hopeless with adult entertainment in the evening, very disappointing.

Came here for a break between Christmas and New year. Room was lovely, no problems there. We visited another sbh hotel previously, and knew the standard of the food was good, so no issues there. Hotel is in a lovely location, very large, some lovely pools. Evening entertainment not really catered for English people, but the drinks were lovely. We didn't know about the other big pool until our last day which was a shame. The only issue we had with this resort is its so far away from the airport! Overall, we had a lovely time, but the transfer means we would not return.

Just got back from weeks AI at this hotel. I was a little concerned with negative reviews so not expecting much. Well I was pleasantly surprised when we got there. We paid extra £73 for sea view room which was bright, spacious and very clean. Hotel is quite a big complex. About 80% German occupancy but absolutely no problem getting sun beds without having to get up at 7am lol. Maid service everyday. Staff very friendly. No problem with any service at any of the bars. Food was generally fine. The hotel does cater more for Germanic food options inc veal and goat meat etc but on the whole lots of food options. The reviews stating food is cold is a little harsh. SOME dishes were warm rather than hot presumably to stop drying it all out. What doesn’t help is putting the warm food on your plate and then walking about waiting for other folk to serve themselves whilst your plated food loses some temp. On the whole never really had any food that you thought omg this is stone cold. Restaurant area a little compact. I would imagine this would be a problem when very busy as would queuing for bar service. Anyway for £1200 for both of us thought overall good value. Pros and cons as below: Pros: Weather was fantastic sunshine everyday 30 degrees in the afternoons. Beach beautiful. Lovely warm clear water. Hotel located 10 min walk from morro jable centre with nice shops / restaurants etc. self service beer / wine / cold drinks/ coffee at most bars and in restaurant so no queuing. Staff are friendly if you are polite to them in the first place. Loads of sun beds just check parasol works first if you want shade. Cons: 1 and a half hour transfer from airport which after 4 hr flight was draining with TUI coach stopping at 5 hotels before this one. 28 Euro charge for safe ( non refundable). Two free themed restaurants which you have to book upon arrival. Asian one okay but the Tapas restaurant was a dire experience. Incredible really as same day in the afternoon the hotel put on an outstanding paella round main pool. Restaurant is small for amount of residents if everyone turns up at same time. Finding a table can be challenging Overall good value. If you are paying this sort of money for flight / board / transfers / food / booze then don’t expect a gastronomic experience but we enjoyed our holiday. Would return.

Bit of a strange one this, we arrived late at night 12.30, and only a night porter to meet us , just give us a rough idea in broken English where room was, got into room nice room lovely and clean open balcony just pitch black. ?? No water in fridge but of a bummer we been on the go for hours, only the following morning was the true view of the room apparently, all we were looking at was a bomb crater, I complained eventually a day later were moved to a lovely room with view of sea and pool, again the rooms clean and quiet at night time we were in the annex block opposite reception. As it happens I think this block is one of the best, because some of the other rooms are far away from everything as the floors go down to -5 from reception closed to the gate for the beach but far from main complex. No British TV available in rooms. The cleanliness of hotel is good apart from some paint needs touching up here and there, meals are served in one main buffet restaurant which I found ok, being used to all inclusive food I try anything but was occasionally cold and not refreshed enough, They do advertise an Asian and tapas restaurant but they are the same venue just use different doors to get in 🫣. Tuesday Wednesday tapas Thursday or Friday Asian but you have to book on Sunday as bookings go quick. Food at snack bar by pool was fairly good and availability good, There are about 3 bars, poolside bar this by infinity pool if you using pools on other side you have to walk around for drinks, they serve certain cocktails, beer and soft drinks are self serve also, if you want no alcohol beer they serve you Heineken 0.0 in bottles. Evening time there is a bar opposite reception that is quite with just a large TV screen on silent this open till 11pm. The other bar is in main entertainment room which is open till 12 all inclusive then pay till 1am, Bar staff were friendly and worked hard but could do with a few more, we found and a lot of couples also said that the drinks were very weak. The entertainment crew were busy around the poolside and children club seemed busy but the evening entertainment was really poor. Don't really think the pools were heated but they were ok when in as weather was hot, salt water pools, one thing I did like about hotel was never a problem getting a sun lounger but I don't think hotel anywhere near capacity. Sitting areas had smoking areas, but a lot of birds hang around them. So to sum up hotel clean, staff polite but could do with more, food was ok you will not starve, rooms bright beds comfortable shower strong and hot, maids will clean every day if needed, and nice and quiet again not sure if that because we in the plus floors not the minus floors. Location of hotel nice long beach just across road and plenty of shops within walking distance both designer and market stall type, supermarket just down road. The hotel and resort seems to cater a lot more for German people than the British, is that a plus or a minus you decide. We met some lovely British couples but also met some misreable other Europeans shall I say, they very rude. This resort a bit of a trek from airport but it is very sandy and does get hot but there usually a breeze to cool you down. Be careful at airport we 2 kilos over cost us £48, We enjoyed ourselves for what we paid was worth it but not sure if we return, mainly due to atmosphere in hotel, very miserable people and entertainment poor.
