“Enjoyable stay”
Yes the pillows were excellent, the bed was comfortable the shower was spacious and really nice to use. Clean amd bright hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

“It was surprising and delightful”
While my stay was short I found the reception on entering welcoming and the fact that a complimentary glass of bubbly provided was a delightful surprise. “Lovely quiet location next to the beach”
We enjoyed our stay at Negresco. Pros: The friendly and super helpful staff, the good selection at breakfast, the location… close to restaurants but far enough away from “German Benidorm”, comfortable, clean rooms. “Don’t stay here if you don’t want loud music blaring into your room.”
This is listed as a 4 star hotel. Our check in was easy. We had a view of the ocean from our room, which was lovely. The room itself felt straight out of an IKEA catalog. “Great location right on the beach”
Front desk was fantastic but kitchen staff need more training in customer service especially for non drinkers and vegetarian. Other than that rooms were clean property is well maintained. Location is great . Close to the Palma airport lots of eateries nearby .
